Coverage
Every hardware wallet sold by Coldhoard carries the manufacturer warranty in full. Ledger, Trezor, and Tangem cover material and workmanship defects for two years from the date of purchase.
What is covered
Failure of the secure element, the display, the buttons, the radio, or the casing under normal use. The cryptographic state of the device — your seed — is not part of the warranty.
What is not covered
Physical damage from drops or liquid, exposure to magnetic fields, modification of the firmware outside official channels, and damage caused by attempts to extract the seed.
Claims
Open a warranty case at orders@coldhoard.com with your order number and a short description. We mediate with the manufacturer and ship a replacement when the claim is accepted.
