Data we collect
Order data: name, shipping address, contact details, and the items you purchased. Payment data is handled by Stripe or OxaPay; we never see your card number or wallet key.
Retention
Tax legislation requires us to retain invoices for ten years. Contact records are kept for two years from the last interaction. Anonymised analytics are aggregated indefinitely.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, deletion, or portability of your personal data at any time by writing to privacy@coldhoard.com. We answer inside 14 days.
Subprocessors
Stripe (payments), OxaPay (crypto payments), DHL/UPS/FedEx (delivery), Hetzner (hosting, EU only), Resend (transactional email). No personal data is shared with marketing or advertising vendors.
