Sealed devices
A hardware wallet may be returned for a full refund within 14 days of delivery, provided that the manufacturer holographic seal is unbroken and the box is in resale condition.
Opened devices
Once a wallet has been initialised it can no longer be returned, because the secure element has been keyed and cannot be re-issued to another customer. This is a security policy, not a commercial one.
Defects
If a device fails on first use, contact us within 7 days. We dispatch a replacement on the same day and arrange a prepaid return label for the faulty unit.
Refunds
Approved refunds are settled to the original payment method within 5 business days. Crypto refunds are returned to the originating address in the same asset.
