A hardware wallet isn't a USB stick with crypto on it. It's a certified secure chip that signs transactions without ever exposing the key.

Key generated on a chip
When you set up a hardware wallet, the private key is generated inside a certified secure element — EAL5+ or EAL6+ silicon, the same tier as a biometric passport. It never sees your computer.

Never leaves the element
Signing happens on the device. The key cannot be read out, copied, or exfiltrated — not by malware, not by a compromised phone, not by you. There's no API for it.

You confirm with a touch
Every transaction is shown on the device's own screen. You press a physical button or tap the card. No on-screen prompt can move funds without your hand on the hardware.

Is the device new and sealed?
Yes. Every device ships in its original manufacturer packaging with intact seals. We photograph each unit before dispatch and include the photo's SHA-256 hash on the packing slip.
Do you accept crypto?
Yes — USDT and the major chains via OxaPay. You can also pay with card via Stripe. Crypto orders are confirmed on first network confirmation.
Where do you ship from?
EU warehouse (Vilnius) and US warehouse (Wilmington, DE). Asia and Rest-of-World orders are dispatched from the closer of the two.
What if a device is faulty?
Within 30 days of delivery, we replace it. Beyond that, you are covered by the manufacturer's warranty — typically two years.
Can you initialize the device for me?
No, and you should refuse this service from anyone who offers it. The seed must be generated on a device you control, in a room you control.
