Coldhoard is operated by Coldhoard UAB, a private limited company registered in Vilnius, Lithuania, VAT LT100008765432. These terms govern every purchase made through coldhoard.com.
Pricing
Prices are denominated in United States dollars and shown net of taxes. EU customers are billed in euro at the daily ECB rate. Cryptocurrency totals are locked for 20 minutes after invoice issuance.
Title
Title to the goods passes to the buyer upon receipt of payment in full and confirmation by the payment processor. Risk passes on hand-over to the carrier.
Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Lithuania. Disputes are submitted to the courts of Vilnius.
