The plate accepts pre-stamped letter tiles for the first four characters of each BIP39 word — enough to uniquely identify any word in the BIP39 list. This is the 24-word edition; SatoshiLabs also makes a 20-word Shamir variant sold separately for Safe 3 / Safe 5 users who use Shamir Backup. Compatible with any 12- or 24-word BIP39 device, not just Trezor.
